Module 4:
Your Affiliate Arsenal

This is how you get credit and paid -when someone uses your referral link.

Step 1: Partner With a Few Lenders

Search for:

“Hard money lender affiliate program”

“Private money referral program”

“Real estate investor partner program”

Examples:

• Alpha Funding

• Kiavi

• Creative Sower

• Lima One

Apply to 2–3 of them.

When they approve you, they’ll give you a special link (your affiliate link)

That’s your money trail — when someone clicks it and funds a deal, you get paid.

Step 2: Add Your Link to Your “Thank-You” Page

Back in Systeme.io:

1. Go to Sales Funnels

and open your Connector Funnel.

2. Go to your Thank-You Page and click on Edit Page.

3. Click the button.

4. Paste your affiliate link into the “URL” box.

5. Save.

Now every time someone fills your form, they’ll be directed to your partner lender through your

personal link.

Step 3: Add a Simple Disclosure

Put this sentence below your button:

“We may receive a referral fee if you choose to fund through one of our partners.

It costs you nothing extra and helps keep our service free.”

That keeps things transparent and compliant.
