How You Make Money
When someone funds or buys a deal you introduced, you get a fee.
Usually that’s $500 to $1,000 or a small percentage of the loan amount.
Keep It Honest
Always say you might receive a referral or finder’s fee.
That keeps everything above board and builds trust
